Terms & Conditions

Our policies are designed to keep the experience excellent for every guest. Please review before your visit — booking an appointment indicates agreement.

Treatment cancellations and rebooking

  • Treatments must be canceled or rebooked with 24 hours' notice, otherwise the client will pay the full price of the treatment.
  • For VIP members, one service credit will be automatically redeemed for late cancellations.
  • Appointments may be rebooked online, by phone, or in person.

Late arrival & no-show policy

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Any arrival past the appointment time will cut into the service time, and the client may not receive the full experience. If the provider determines there is no longer enough time to complete the service, the appointment will be moved.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. After 2 no-shows, prepayment of all future services will be required.

Spa etiquette & policies

  • Silence all cell phones upon entering the spa.
  • Phone calls and FaceTime are not permitted inside the spa.
  • Photos, videos, and any form of AI or smart-device recording (including voice assistants or wearable tech) are strictly prohibited in treatment rooms and all spa spaces.
  • Vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors. Guests caught vaping will be asked to leave immediately.

Refunds

  • All opened retail product sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged for equal value or retail credit (no cash back) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Opened products are only accepted if you experienced an allergic reaction. Email booking@invigoratespa.com with photos and a refund request, then bring the product back to the spa. The refund will be issued to the original card.
